Dr. Kenneth J. Wozny, REALTOR®, CalDRE#01350649, has extensive real estate experience.  Born in La Jolla, California, he graduated from the University of California at Irvine with Honors for Research in Biological Sciences in 1973 and then graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry Cum Laude in 1977.  After being a successful Doctor of Optometry for over 25 years (with offices in Temecula, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Diamond Bar, and Walnut), he changed his career and entered into Real Estate in 2002.  Dr. Kenneth J. Wozny also is a very experienced webmaster and creates all of his websites.  He is well known for his honesty and integrity, work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism among his peers.  He has been married for 38 years to his wife, Janice, and they have 5 children.

Janice L. Wozny, REALTOR®, CalDRE #00666496, was first licensed in 1978. Born in Los Angeles, California, she studied Ballet at the West Coast Dance Studio, in East Los Angeles, and became one of the studio's ballet teachers at the age of eighteen.  She was a member of the Screen Actor's Guild for eight years.  Janice attended and graduated from Marinello School of Beauty.  She attended Los Angeles City College and also Fullerton College, and was a teacher's aide and student teacher at the Betty Placentia School in Los Angeles.  Janice married Dr. Kenneth J. Wozny in 1980 and raised 5 children.  She later re-entered the Real Estate field in 2002 with her husband and they quickly became top producing real estate agents.


While most REALTORS® with our degree of experience and skills charge a commission of 6%, we believe in being more competitive and offering a better value by charging 5% total or less (the listing commission is negotiable with our MLS plan), not 6%.  But if a REALTOR® will charge you much less than 5% total, you may want to ask why.  The REALTOR® may be inexperienced and not confident in their abilities/knowledge/marketing skills/negotiating skills/sales experience or just may be offering much less in services.

You need to work with a REALTOR® who you can TRUST and have CONFIDENCE IN as your home may be your MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION!

Another thing to consider.  Unlike most other REALTORS®, we do NOT add any "hidden" or extra fees such as sub-broker fees, franchise fees, photography fees, transaction co-ordinator fees, etc. that could cost you $1,000s more (because we pay them out of our commission).

Lastly, if REALTORS® offer less than 2.50% as a SELLING COMMISSION on the MLS, it will GREATLY REDUCE the number of agents showing your home, which will result in fewer offers, resulting in your home being on the market longer, with a lower selling price.
